*  If you see a gray rectangle instead of the activity, or the activity does not load, you may have an incompatible version of Java.
  1. Click the Start button
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Select "Control Panel"
  4. Double-click "Add/Remove Programs"
  5. In the list of currently installed programs, locate and select "Java 2 Runtime Environment"
  6. Click the "Remove" button
    In case "Java 2 Runtime Environment" appears more than once, please remove them all by repeating steps 5 and 6.
